Custom slaughtering M-F pork, beef, sheep, deer, wildgame, goat, we sell hot boudin daily, fresh cracklin sold daily. Fresh cut meat in coolee offering pork and beef. Hot BBQ plates are sold every Sunday. Choice of meats: half chicken, pork steak, pork rib, brisket, pork sausage. Each plate comes with 2 scoops of rice dressing, beans and bread.
