Arts & Crafts, kids games, Cajun food and music, tractor egg cracking contest, Sunday Mass and the cooking of the over 5,000 egg omelette in a 12 foot skillet over a wood burning fire on Sunday afternoon. Sat., 9 am-5 pm; Sun., 9 am-4:30 pm.
